ANIMALS & WILDLIFE
PORTRAITS, CANDID MOMENTS & WILDLIFE IN THE FIELD
From shelter animals waiting for a second chance to wildlife spotted in the field — this collection captures the personalities, behaviors, and quiet moments that make every encounter with an animal worth stopping for. Patient, observational, and always on the animal's terms.
Portraits, candid moments, and wildlife encounters from the field. New frames added as the archive grows.
Wildlife and animals in their element — unscripted, unposed, and on their own schedule.
Animals are unpredictable, expressive, and entirely indifferent to the camera — which makes photographing them one of the most honest and rewarding challenges behind the lens. You can't direct the shot. You can only be ready for it.
This collection spans shelter animals, pets, wildlife encountered on trips, and any creature that held still long enough to make a frame worth keeping. Some were made during animal welfare work with organizations like AWLA and Underdog. Others were found along the road or out in the field.
The common thread is presence — animals doing what animals do, and a photographer doing their best to keep up.
